We work off a five-step process — document checklist, application filing, interview preparation, tracking and post-visa support — with a named point of contact throughout, rather than handing your file between strangers. Nothing about your case is guaranteed, but the process itself is transparent from the first conversation.
All three, and usually together. University shortlisting and applications, the visa itself, and the flight booking are handled as one connected plan rather than three separate errands with three different points of contact.
You are assigned a named point of contact from the start. Individual staff profiles and photographs are being prepared for publication — in the meantime, our About page explains what each part of the team, from counsellors to document specialists, actually does.
Support does not stop at approval. We cover pre-departure guidance — travel, stay and arrival preparation — and stay reachable as a point of contact once you have arrived, rather than ending the relationship the moment the visa is stamped.
