2. Services Provided
GTS Visa Connex offers visa and immigration assistance, including but not limited to:
- Tourist and visitor visa applications.
- Document pre-checks and reviews.
- Immigration program guidance.
- Appointment and biometrics support.
- General consultancy and advisory services.
We act solely as facilitators. Final decisions on visa and immigration applications are made exclusively by the relevant government authorities, and no approval is guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
- Cooperate fully and respond promptly to requests for additional documents or clarification.
- Ensure that all documents submitted are authentic and unaltered.
- Acknowledge that false, misleading, or fraudulent submissions may result in rejection of applications and potential legal consequences.
4. Fees and Payments
- All service fees are published on our official website and are subject to revision.
- Fees must be paid in full before services are rendered.
- Unless otherwise required by Indian law, service fees are non-refundable.
- Government charges, embassy/consulate fees, or third-party costs are separate and payable by the client.
- Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We respect client confidentiality and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we take reasonable steps to safeguard client data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of online communications.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, website content, and resources provided by GTS Visa Connex remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- GTS Visa Connex provides advisory services based on professional knowledge but does not guarantee visa approval.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fees paid by the client.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:
- A client provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Payments are not made as agreed.
- The client engages in behavior that is abusive, unlawful, or against our policies.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, system outages, or unforeseen global events.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may amend or update these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance.
